“I Don’t Care About Awards”- Singer Wizkid Says,Fans Reacts Following His Loss At The Grammy(VIDEO)

A video making rounds online has showed Nigerian singer,Ibrahim Balogun professionally known as Wizkid stating Awards are not his priorities following his loss at the Grammy Awards.   On Tuesday 23 November 2021, the Grammy awards Recording Academy released the Nomination list of the 64th Grammy’s Award, which was held yesterday, April 4.   Wizkid was nominated alongside fellow Nigerians –Femi Kuti, Burna Boy and Tems for Best Global Music Performance at The Grammys. Also nominated in that same category was Beninese legend, Angelique Kidjo.   The Nigerian Afrobeat Star Wizkid also has his ‘Made In Lagos’ album nominated for Best Global Music Album at The Grammys, alongside Femi Kuti and Made Kuti’s Legacy +, Angelique Kidjo’s Mother Nature and Rocky Dawumi’s Voice of Bunbon Volume   READ ALSO: Angelique Kidjo Reacts To Premium Toxicity Directed At Her By Wizkid’s Fans Following Her Win At The Grammy   The talented ‘Essense’ crooner lost both categories and fans have taken to social media to share a throwback video of the artiste saying he doesn’t care about awards.   According to Wizkid FC as fondly called, since their leader, Wizkid doesn’t bother himself about awards, there’s no point to clamor over the loss.   Watch video below;
