A lady identified as John Blessing who appeared in the leaked bedroom tape with the popular singer, Oxlade, files a multimillion naira lawsuit against the vocalist.
This comes months following the viral circulation of a bedroom act between Oxlade and the lady in question which made headlines for weeks.
Blessing has however filed a lawsuit for Criminal Defamation, Negligence, and Invasion of Privacy against Oxlade as she bemoans depression following the circulation of the tape.
In the document released, Blessing also stated that the singer set her up by luring her into his home and videotaping the act without her consent while under the influence of drugs, and then sending the videos to his friends who later published them.
